HOW DO WE BOOK A PRIVATE ESTATE WITH OFD?
step one
Inquire with us and set up a discovery call. During our call, we will learn if we’re a good fit and which venue option is best for you- one of private estates or a public venue. After our call, we invite you to consider if working with OFD is the right fit for you.
step two
If the idea of working with us gets you excited, we can’t wait to get all official with a signed contract and retainer. We’ll send you all the legal things to reserve our services for your event.
step three
Once we are official (with a signed contract and retainer), we will get to work finding the best venue for you. After the venue and date are confirmed, we’ll continue on the planning journey with you through our signature three phases of wedding planning.
The OFD Team are absolutely amazing! My splurge for the wedding was hiring them and it was worth every penny. They know the Tahoe area very well which is so important when planning a wedding in Tahoe to get everything you want. They were available at any time throughout the entire wedding planning process. They listened to all of my wants and concerns and handled every request we threw at them. If there were any problems I never knew about them. Stephanie, Julie and Vanessa made sure our guests, as well as ourselves, were well taken care of. It was an absolutely perfect evening, mainly in part to the OFD girls knowing how to plan an event that goes off without a hitch!
Our wedding guests are raving about our wedding and many have said it was the best they had ever been to.
