Jon and Jessica said their vows under heavy snowflakes surrounded by the warmth of their family and friends. Although the weather was freezing, they were elated with the snow and the amount of guests that traveled to be with them. It was their dream to get married at the top of the ski resort ... whether the sun was out or hiding behind the clouds. The bridesmaids wore uggs and matching cream pea coats; the groomsmen were decked out in sorels and matching suits; and the guests were bundled in coats. It was a beautiful service! Following the ceremony, guests proceeded to take the cable car to the base of the mountain and celebrate at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn. The decor was rustic elegance with a twist of modern class! Chandeliers hung from the wooden beams, oversized glass vases held wicker sticks, burlap covered the tables, a collection of small vases held simple cream and green flowers, and candles surrounded the room to create a romantic ambiance. The mood was warm, romantic, and very glamorous!
